On June 3, 2024, Steven Rosen was announced as the next head coach at Manhattan College, becoming the youngest active D1 head coach in the country at 29 years old. Rosen has the interim tag on his name after replacing Dave Miller.
Former Manhattan baseball coach Dave Miller announced Rosen as his first hire after taking over the program in September of 2023, bringing in Rosen from the University of Alabama to serve as the team’s pitching coach and recruiting coordinator — a promotion from his previous assistant gig with the Crimson Tide. Steven Rosen spent two seasons leading the Jaspers pitching staff while doubling up by helping lead the recruiting efforts. His high-level performance in these roles, as well as his seven years of prior D1 coaching experience, put Rosen in position to succeed Miller. Rosen’s roots are in New Jersey, where he attended the College of New Jersey, earned a bachelor's degree in English, and lettered as a catcher for the Lions.
In his first year at Manhattan, the Jaspers assembled the 56th-ranked recruiting class in the country for 2023, according to Perfect Game USA. The Jaspers’ group of talented incoming players ranked first among all Division I Northeast programs and consisted of players from across 14

The Alabama Select 40 Camp Series gives the high school player the perfect platform to hone their skills and display them to the University of Alabama coaching staff in an elite environment.
